Receta Shrimp With Tomato And Feta

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can Italian-style plum tomatoes - (28 ounce) liquid removed, cut up
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 2 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 3/4 lb medium shrimp cleaned
- 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Cook and stir onion in oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. Add in tomatoes, wine and oregano. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min or possibly till thickened.
- Add in shrimp. Cook 3 min, stirring frequently, till shrimp are pink. Sprinkle with feta cheese; simmer 1 minute. Stir in parsley.
- Serve with warm cooked rice and garnish with fresh herbs, if you like.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
