Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound mortadella
  • 1/2 pound warm capicola
  • 1/4 pound prosciutto
  • 1/2 pound provolone
  • pickle slices (sweet or possibly sour)
  • warm pepper relish
  • extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 grinder style sub rolls

Direcciones

  1. Set panini press to "Sear" (High). Cut grinder rolls in half lengthwise. Brush outside, top and bottom with extra virgin olive oil. Spread inside, top and bottom with warm pepper relish On bottom roll. Line with 3 pcs Mortadella, then top with 3 pcs of warm capicola. Top which with 2 pcs of prosciutto. Place pickles over the meats.
  2. Fold 2 pcs Provolone in half and cover pickles. Add in remainder. Roll half on top.
  3. Place on panini press and close for about 2-3 min till lightly browned and grilled lines appear.
