Silverbeet In Dijon Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 sm Bunches of scallions minced
  • 2 sm Garlic cloves, fine minced
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb Fresh silverbeet, finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or possibly wok. Saute/fry the scallions and garlic for 2 min till softened and tender. Add in mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 min more. Add in silverbeet; cover and cook over low heat for about 5 min, till silverbeet is tender but still crisp. Fold in mustard and heat for 1 to 2 min more. Stir and serve immediately.
  2. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
