Simple Grilled Veggies

Simple Grilled Veggies is one of those dishes that is quick, easy and certainly fits the saying that sometimes "simple is best".  Crunchy, grilled and seasoned to perfection, it's a dish that goes with any meat, fish or seafood.

Ingredientes

  • Your choice of fresh veggies. Almost any will work.
  • Cauliflower
  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/8 cup Tuscan Herb olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper blend seasoning
  • 1/2 fresh lemon

Direcciones

  1. Wash, drain and cut veggies.
  2. For the marinade combine:
  3. 1/8 cup Olive oil
  4. 1/8 cup Tuscan Herb olive oil
  5. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
  7. Marinate the cauliflower & broccoli for 30-60 minutes in a ziplock bag at room temperature prior to grilling
  8. Just before grilling drizzle the asparagus with olive oil
  9. Season with 3/4 tsp. pepper blend seasoning
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Heat the BBQ to medium
  12. Place basket on grill
  13. Pop in seasoned veggies
  14. Cook until desired doneness, turning often
  15. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over cooked veggies
  16. ENJOY!!
