Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sliced fresh peaches (Any fruit)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter (butter)
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix peaches with 1 c. sugar; let stand. Put 1 stick butter in 2 qt casserole pyrex bowl. Place in 325 degree oven to heat butter.
  2. Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk in a mixing bowl. Stir to get lumps out. Take 2 qts pyrex bowl from oven, pour flour mix over melted butter. Don't stir. Spoon peaches on batter. Don't stir. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sometime I add in 1/4 c. water if fruit is dry.
