Receta Simple Salsa
This is a really simple salsa that is quick to make ans tasty!
Ingredientes
- 1-2 lbs.Roma tomatoes or 2 lg can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 green/red peppers
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed, cooked slightly
- 5 serrano chilies,chopped, seeded
- 1-3 jalapeno, chopped, seeded
- 1 tsp. sea salt/ pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. lime or lemon juice,chopped 3 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1tbs. ciltantro

- sautee onion and garlic, chilies,Green Onions, green peppers, Jalapeno slightly ,add tomatoes salt and pepper, cayenne, cumiun, onion powder garlic powder,salt and pepper to taste, lemon or lime
