Simpliest Loaded Baked Potato

A great side dish with a beef entrée or by itself!

Ingredientes

  • 4-Large Russet Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • a few dashes of Black Pepper
  • 1/2 soft sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 2 scallions

Direcciones

  1. Rinse potatoes and place each one in aluminum foil, poke holes in each potato with a fork
  2. Place into a hot 400 F oven on the middle rack and bake 45-50 minutes
  3. Remove foil from baked potatoes, place on a serving platter, slice open each potato add butter to each, sour cream, bacon pieces and scallions
  4. Serve and enjoy!
