Simulated Instant Beef Gravy Packet

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Beef flavor base
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mixed vegetable pwdr
  • 1 pch Garlic pwdr
  • 1 pch Onion pwdr
  • 1 x Healthy twist of fresh pepper
  • 1 c. Water (or possibly lowfat milk)

Direcciones

  1. Mix all except water (or possibly lowfat milk) together in a small bowl to create a paste.
  2. Slowly add in water while stirring vigorously. (Ketchup will be hardest to blend). Heat to boiling in skillet or possibly pan containing drippings from entree.
  3. Stir till thickened to desired consistency. Serve. (NOTE: Substitute lowfat milk for water to simulate "country-style cream gravy")
