Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Beef flavor base
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 tsp Mixed vegetable pwdr
- 1 pch Garlic pwdr
- 1 pch Onion pwdr
- 1 x Healthy twist of fresh pepper
- 1 c. Water (or possibly lowfat milk)
Direcciones
- Mix all except water (or possibly lowfat milk) together in a small bowl to create a paste.
- Slowly add in water while stirring vigorously. (Ketchup will be hardest to blend). Heat to boiling in skillet or possibly pan containing drippings from entree.
- Stir till thickened to desired consistency. Serve. (NOTE: Substitute lowfat milk for water to simulate "country-style cream gravy")
