Receta Sinabawang Talbos ng Kamote

As a non-Filipino you might find it weird that Filipinos pour soup on our rice, like how you pour milk on your cereals, if not all most of the Filipinos do this to moisten the rice at the same time add some flavour to it. For me I almost do it all the time, I love some liquid flavouring on my rice and have been doing that since childhood, I am so used to it sometimes I have hard time eating rice without any sauce or soup on it. When I was younger I always make sure before I eat I can put something on my rice, if it’s something fried like chicken, pork chops or even hotdogs I usually pour warm sweet milk over my rice (yes its sounds weird but I love it) but if it’s something grilled or if its fish we prepare this soup dish, Sinabawang Talbos…
