Sinuam na Halaan

Ingredientes

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
  • 1 cup shredded yellow corn
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups halaan
  • 2 cups malunggay leaves

Direcciones

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger and corn.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil. Cook until corn is tender.
  3. Add halaan and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pinch of pepper
  5. Add malunggay leaves. Cover.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes, and turn off heat.
