- Dissolve beef bouillon cube in 1 c. warm water. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in skillet. Add in mushrooms; cook till brown. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Put in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. oil. Add in beef cubes and brown. Add in to casserole dish. Stir into skillet 3/4 c. bouillon, soy sauce, Worcestershire and onion. Heat.
- Blend flour with remaining bouillon. Add in to skillet, stirring constantly. Cook till thick. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with lid. Cook 1 hour at 275 degrees. Serve over rice or possibly creamed potatoes.
