Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs. sirloin tips
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. In skillet, brown sirloin tips in butter. Remove meat and set aside.
  2. Add in onion, celery, peppers and garlic to skillet and saute/fry 5 min.
  3. Return sirloin tips to skillet along with remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Suggest serving warm over white rice. Serves 4-6.
