Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1/2 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) pork & beans, UNDRAINED
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) red kidney beans, UNDRAINED
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) warm chili beans, UNDRAINED
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) white kidney beans (Canellini), liquid removed
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) butter beans, liquid removed
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) lima beans, liquid removed
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) tomato soup, UNDILUTED
  • 3 ounce. tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar or possibly to taste
  • 6 slices bacon

Direcciones

  1. Form the Italian sausage into 1-inch balls. Brown in skillet; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, except bacon, in 5-qt casserole or possibly in small roasting pan. Partially cook bacon in microwave or possibly on stove top; arrange over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Serve warm or possibly cool. Yield: 16 generous servings.
