Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. uncooked barley - (3/4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. uncooked millet - (3/4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. uncooked cornmeal - (3/4 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. rolled oats - (3/4 ounce)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. uncooked Bulgur - (1 ounce)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. uncooked brown rice - (1 ounce)
  • 3/4 c. minced dry mixed fruit plus
  • 2 Tbsp. minced dry mixed fruit - (4 1/2 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix all grains with dry fruit and cinnamon right the in crock pot.
  2. Stir in water and vanilla. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hrs on Low. Stir before serving and add in more water if nedded.
  3. Serve warm. Topped with brown sugar, drizzled with maple syrup or possibly your favorite fruit topping.
