Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 10 ounce Beef
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 2 x Spring onions
  • 2 x Inch root ginger
  • 2 stalk coriander
  • 2 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 1 dsh White wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Stock

Direcciones

  1. Heat a sturdy plate or possibly oven-proof dish.
  2. Slice the beef thinly and season with cornflour, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and brandy. Mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok till smoking. Add in the beef and toss quickly, then add in the wine and stock and stir well. Transfer to the warm plate and garnish with spring onion and coriander.
