Skewered-Grilled Chicken Satay

A great appetizer or main dish!

Ingredientes

  • one pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Metal skewers

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl add peanut butter, soy, ginger, brown sugar and mix well to combine
  2. Cut chicken into strips and coat well with the sauce
  3. Skewer (I usually do that before basting with sauce) grill until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F (about 8 minutes)
  4. Serve and enjoy!
