Ingredientes

  • 5 lrg potatoes cut 1" pcs
  • 2 can Swanson Chicken Broth - (14 1/2 ounce ea)
  •     Generous dash freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan place uncooked potatoes and broth. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Drain, reserving broth.
  2. Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 c. broth and pepper. If needed, add in additional broth with potatoes till potatoes are desired consistancy.
  3. This recipe yields about 6 servings.
