Receta Slow Cooked Barbecued Ribs

Ingredientes
- 3Â 1/2 lb pork loin back ribs
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 x cloves garlic- minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. cola
- 1Â 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Direcciones
- Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Remove inner skin from ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, pepper, liquid smoke, garlic, and salt; rub mix into ribs.
- Cut ribs into 4 inch pcs. Layer ribs and onion in slow cooker. Pour cola over ribs. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hrs or possibly till tender. Remove ribs from slow cooker. Drain and throw away liquid. Pour barbeque sauce into shallow bowl. Dip ribs into sauce. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour any remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low setting 1 hour.
- Yield: 4 servings.
