Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb beef round steak, trimmed of fat, 1/2" thick
  • 4 slc bacon
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
  • 10 ounce beef gravy

Direcciones

  1. Cut steak into 4 serving pcs. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
  2. Mix celery, onion, and bell pepper in medium bowl; place about 1/2 c. mix on each piece of meat. Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks.
  3. Place in slow cooker. Pour gravy proportionately over steaks to thoroughly moisten.
  4. Cover slow cooker and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs (or possibly on high 4 to 5 hrs).
  5. Yield: 4 servings.
