Receta Slow Cooked Beef Roulades

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb beef round steak, trimmed of fat, 1/2" thick
- 4 slc bacon
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
- 10 ounce beef gravy
Direcciones
- Cut steak into 4 serving pcs. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
- Mix celery, onion, and bell pepper in medium bowl; place about 1/2 c. mix on each piece of meat. Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks.
- Place in slow cooker. Pour gravy proportionately over steaks to thoroughly moisten.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs (or possibly on high 4 to 5 hrs).
- Yield: 4 servings.
