Receta Slow Cooked Ciabatta and Chicken Sausage Stuffing
Ingredientes
- 12 oz. chicken sausage, ground or removed from casing
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large shallots, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and chopped
- ½ lb. celery, peeled and chopped
- ⅛ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh marjoram, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 quart (4 cups) organic vegetable broth ( I used Trader Joe’s, but Pacific Organic is great too)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Coarse Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper
