Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Stewing steak
  • 8 ounce Onions, sliced
  • 10 ounce Plain flour
  • 14 ounce Tin tomatoes
  • 1 ounce Dripping
  • 1 x Crushed garlic clove
  • 2 tsp Made mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Chutney
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  •     Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cut beef into 2.5cm/1" cubes, heat dripping in pan and fry beef with onions and garlic till brown. Lift out with slotted spoon, place in cooker. Stir flour into pan, cook 1 minute. Stir in rest, bring to boil, pour over the meat, cover, cook on HIGH 30 min, low 6-7 hrs.
