Receta Slow Cooked Devilled Beef

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Stewing steak
- 8 ounce Onions, sliced
- 10 ounce Plain flour
- 14 ounce Tin tomatoes
- 1 ounce Dripping
- 1 x Crushed garlic clove
- 2 tsp Made mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Chutney
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Â Â Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Cut beef into 2.5cm/1" cubes, heat dripping in pan and fry beef with onions and garlic till brown. Lift out with slotted spoon, place in cooker. Stir flour into pan, cook 1 minute. Stir in rest, bring to boil, pour over the meat, cover, cook on HIGH 30 min, low 6-7 hrs.
