Slow Cooked Garlic Beef Stroganoff

Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 ounce)
  •     condensed -- undiluted
  • 2 jar sliced mushrooms -- liquid removed
  • 1 lrg onion -- minced
  • 3 x cloves garlic -- chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lb round steak -- trimmed and cut into thin
  •     strips
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 ounce cream cheese -- cubed
  •     Warm cooked noodles

Direcciones

  1. In a slow cooker, dissolve bouillon in water. Add in soup, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. In a skillet, brown beef in oil. Transfer to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till the meat is tender.
  2. Stir in cream cheese till smooth. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
  3. Yield: 8 servings.
