Receta Slow Cooked Garlic Beef Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 ounce)
- Â Â condensed -- undiluted
- 2 jar sliced mushrooms -- liquid removed
- 1 lrg onion -- minced
- 3 x cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lb round steak -- trimmed and cut into thin
- Â Â strips
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 ounce cream cheese -- cubed
- Â Â Warm cooked noodles
Direcciones
- In a slow cooker, dissolve bouillon in water. Add in soup, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. In a skillet, brown beef in oil. Transfer to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till the meat is tender.
- Stir in cream cheese till smooth. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
- Yield: 8 servings.
