Ingredientes

  •     nonstick vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 x 2-lb. london broil
  • 1 x 1.25-oz package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
  • 1 x 4-oz can diced green chilies

Direcciones

  1. Preliminaries: Spray inside of slow-cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Trim fat from meat, rub seasoning mix over both sides of meat. Place meat in slow-cooker, add in onion, vinegar and chilies. Cover and cook on low setting 9 hrs.
  3. Remove meat, reserving liquid. Shred meat with two forks. Combine meat with reserved cooking liquid, stir well. Use meat for burritos.
