Receta Slow Cooker Beef For Burritos

Ingredientes
- Â Â nonstick vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil spray
- 1 x 2-lb. london broil
- 1 x 1.25-oz package taco seasoning mix
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
- 1 x 4-oz can diced green chilies
Direcciones
- Preliminaries: Spray inside of slow-cooker with nonstick spray.
- 1. Trim fat from meat, rub seasoning mix over both sides of meat. Place meat in slow-cooker, add in onion, vinegar and chilies. Cover and cook on low setting 9 hrs.
- 2. Remove meat, reserving liquid. Shred meat with two forks. Combine meat with reserved cooking liquid, stir well. Use meat for burritos.
