Receta Slow Cooker Beef Stew {Slow Cooker Monday}
This recipe is one that needs to be placed in your favorites file.
If you LOVE meat and potatoes, then you will absolutely enjoy this dish. I am not a meat and potatoes kind of gal. I am more of a carb fiend. However, this recipe may just be enough to convert me.
If you have a man in your life, he will absolutely love you for making this. Husband Man went back for seconds and my sister said her hubby did the same exact thing when she made it for him last week. It has 'man' written all over it ;)
Heck, even if you don't have a man in your life and you enjoy dishes with red meat, make it anyway :)
It's chocked full potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and beef cubes. Tender beef cubes I may add. With fall being in full swing, this is the perfect dish to make to ward off the autumn chill.
We served ours with rice, however, a basket full of biscuits would go well with it also.
Yummmmm!
