- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 3 TBS cornstarch
- 3 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBS reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS grated peeled fresh ginger
- 3 cups hot cooked jasmine rice
