Receta Smart Alaska Salmon Tacos

Ingredientes
- 1 can Alaska salmon (14-3/4 ounce.) liquid removed and flaked
- 1/2 c. fresh or possibly bottled non fat salsa
- 12 x corn tortillas (6-1/2 inch)
- 3/4 c. nonfat refried beans
- 1/4 c. nonfat cheddar cheese
- 2 c. cabbage shredded or possibly lettuce
- 3/4 c. fresh tomato minced
- Â Â salsa to taste
- Â Â cilantro to taste
Direcciones
- Mix Alaska salmon with salsa and hold aside. Place the tortillas on sheet pans in 1 single layer; portion beans and cheese proportionately onto the tortillas. Place in a 350 F oven till hot and cheese is melted, 5 to 8 min. Remove from oven and divide salmon mix proportionately among the tortillas. Top with cabbage or possibly lettuce and diced tomatoes, portioned proportionately. Fold tortillas over and serve with extra salsa and minced cilantro, if you like.
- Makes 12 tacos or possibly 6 servings.
- Variation: Salmon mix may also be used as burrito or possibly tostada filling.
