Receta Smart And Saucy Rosemary Cherry Lamb Chops

Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
- 2 x garlic cloves pressed
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1Â 1/4 lb bone-in lamb loin chops, 2" thick
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray as needed
- Â Â Rosemary-Cherry Sauce (see recipe)
- Â Â Fresh cilantro sprigs for garnish
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over chops. Cover and refrigerateup to 8 hrs.
- Spray chops proportionately on both sides with cooking spray.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 8 to 10 min on each side or possibly to desired degree of doneness (140 to 150 degrees for medium). Serve with Rosemary-Cherry Sauce; garnish, if you like.
