Smoke Flavored Beef Brisket

Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1/4 c. liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 lb.) brisket (well trimmed)

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place meat on a piece of foil and set in a shallow pan. Mix other ingredients together and rub into the meat. Seal and chill overnight. Bake at 300 for 3-6 hrs. Slice thin and serve with smoke sauce.
