Receta Smoke Flavored Beef Brisket

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 (3 lb.) brisket (well trimmed)
Direcciones
- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place meat on a piece of foil and set in a shallow pan. Mix other ingredients together and rub into the meat. Seal and chill overnight. Bake at 300 for 3-6 hrs. Slice thin and serve with smoke sauce.
