Ingredientes

  • 6 pound beef brisket
  • 10 to 15 pound charcoal
  • Lawry's seasoned salt
  • Aluminum foil
  • BBQ sauce

Direcciones

  1. Trim all fat from brisket. Cover good with seasoned salt. Start fire with at least 10 pounds charcoal. Put brisket on for 1 1/2 hrs (45 min on each side). Then wrap in foil and cook for 2 1/2 hrs. Cook at 200 degrees. Put BBQ sauce on when served. Tender every time!
