Smoked Brisket

Ingredientes

  • 3-4 lbs. brisket, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke (1 each side)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon grnd pepper
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cover brisket with all ingredients except salt and pepper. Marinate overnight or possibly several days, turning daily. Add in salt and pepper and bake 4 to 5 hrs, depending on roast, at 300 degrees. Reserve 1 c. of the liquid surrounding the meat. Place brisket on foil sheet and add in most of the reserved liquid. Wrap tightly. Put in oven. Do not open till time to take out.
