Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Soft cheese (Fontina, Bel Paese, feta) or possibly hard cheese (Cheddar, Jack)
  •     Light Tea Smoking Mix (see recipe)
  •     Toasted sliced baguette or possibly crackers

Direcciones

  1. Place cheese in small shallow baking dish. Smoke 8-10 min for soft cheeses, 12-15 for hard. Cheese should be very sort, almost melted.
