Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Diced onion
  • 1/4 c. Diced red bell pepper, (1/2 small)
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp Warm sauce
  • 1 tsp 72%-less-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 ounce Smoked chicken breast, coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Position knife blade in food processor. Add in all ingredients, and process till mix is smooth.
  2. Yield: 1-1/3 c. (serving size: 3 Tbsp.).
  3. NOTES : Serve either at room temperature or possibly chilled with unsalted crackers, party-style rye bread, or possibly pita bread wedges.
