Ingredientes

  •     Brinkman or possibly similar smoker
  •     Charcoal pan 1/2 full
  •     Water pan 3/4 full
  • 8 x ears fresh corn in the husk
  •     margarine
  •     salt

Direcciones

  1. Carefully peel back husks and remove silk. Brush corn with melted margarine and lightly salt. Fold husks back in place and tie with string. Put on smoker grill and cook 1-1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
