- Â Â Brinkman or possibly similar smoker
- Â Â Charcoal pan 1/2 full
- Â Â Water pan 3/4 full
- 8 x ears fresh corn in the husk
- Â Â margarine
- Â Â salt
Direcciones
- Carefully peel back husks and remove silk. Brush corn with melted margarine and lightly salt. Fold husks back in place and tie with string. Put on smoker grill and cook 1-1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
