Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Smoked mullet or possibly other smoked fish
  • 1 can (10-1/4 ounce.) frzn condensed creme of potato soup
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 sm Bay leaf
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 can (8oz.) whole kernel corn
  •     Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake. Combine soup, lowfat milk, onion, bay leaf and pepper; heat till soup is thawed, stirring occasionally. Add in corn and fish, heat. Remove bay leaf. Garnish with parsley.
