Receta Smoked Mullet Chowder

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Smoked mullet or possibly other smoked fish
- 1 can (10-1/4 ounce.) frzn condensed creme of potato soup
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1 sm Bay leaf
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 can (8oz.) whole kernel corn
- Â Â Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake. Combine soup, lowfat milk, onion, bay leaf and pepper; heat till soup is thawed, stirring occasionally. Add in corn and fish, heat. Remove bay leaf. Garnish with parsley.
