Smoked Pork Chop Fried Rice

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 scrambled Large eggs
  • 1/2 sm. cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 sm. bunch celery, minced fine
  • 1 bunch green onions with top, minced fine
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed, diced
  • 1 can bamboo shoots, liquid removed
  • 1 can bean sprouts, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs. smoked pork chops

Direcciones

  1. Stir fry in 1/4 c. oil, cabbage, celery, onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bamboo, bean sprouts; add in 1/2 c. soy sauce. Cook for about 10 min till not quite done.
  2. Cube and brown pork in a little oil. Combine pork with rice, Large eggs, vegetable mix and remaining soy sauce. Fry in 1 Tbsp. oil for about 5 min. Divide mix and fry in 2 skillets if large one not available. Serve warm.
