Receta Smoked Pork Chop Fried Rice

- Stir fry in 1/4 c. oil, cabbage, celery, onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bamboo, bean sprouts; add in 1/2 c. soy sauce. Cook for about 10 min till not quite done.
- Cube and brown pork in a little oil. Combine pork with rice, Large eggs, vegetable mix and remaining soy sauce. Fry in 1 Tbsp. oil for about 5 min. Divide mix and fry in 2 skillets if large one not available. Serve warm.
