Ingredientes

  • 8 lb Roast -- prime rib
  • 4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Place dry rub seasonings over entire roast surface. Grill roast in smoker
  2. (indirect heat) for 3 to 4 hrs at 200 to 250 deg. or possibly till a meat thermometer indicates 140 deg (for M-Rare). Sprinkle crushed rosemary leaves 3/4 of the way thought the cooking time.
