Ingredientes

  • 1 (1 lb.) can pink or possibly red salmon
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke - very important

Direcciones

  1. Drain, skin, bone and flake salmon. Mix all ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll in 3 tbsp. of dill weed. Chill overnight and serve with rye krisp crackers.
