Ingredientes
- 1 (1 lb.) can pink or possibly red salmon
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke - very important
Direcciones
- Drain, skin, bone and flake salmon. Mix all ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll in 3 tbsp. of dill weed. Chill overnight and serve with rye krisp crackers.
