Smoked Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. instant rice, cooked
  • 1 pound Hillshire smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pcs
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomatoes
  • 4 drops warm pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat in large skillet, sausage, onion, green pepper and celery, saute/fry till tender. Add in tomatoes, warm sauce and pepper. Stir rice into sausage mix. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently till thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
