Smoked Trout Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 x trout, smoked
  • 60 gm butter
  • 60 gm cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  •     salt, pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fillet and skin trout. Remove bones.
  2. Place trout in food processor or possibly blender and process till smooth.
  3. Add in soft butter and cream cheese, then lemon juice and cream and process till smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in serving dish and chill overnight.
  5. Serve with Melba toast or possibly crackers.
