Smoked Trout With Chopped Nuts

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Smoked trout, (135g)
  • 1 Tbsp. Heaped, unsalted Mixed nuts, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Horseradish cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 1 pkt Bistro salad, (or possibly salad of your choice)

Direcciones

  1. 1 Toast nuts under a warm grill for approx 1 minutes till golden brown. Allow to cold.
  2. 2 Mix together horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Arrange salad and trout on 2 plates.
  4. 4 Sprinkle nuts over trout with a spoonful of dressing at the side.
  5. 5 Season with freshly grnd black pepper.
