Receta Smoked Trout With Chopped Nuts

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Smoked trout, (135g)
- 1 Tbsp. Heaped, unsalted Mixed nuts, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish cream
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1 pkt Bistro salad, (or possibly salad of your choice)
Direcciones
- 1 Toast nuts under a warm grill for approx 1 minutes till golden brown. Allow to cold.
- 2 Mix together horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 3 Arrange salad and trout on 2 plates.
- 4 Sprinkle nuts over trout with a spoonful of dressing at the side.
- 5 Season with freshly grnd black pepper.
